Standard Office Clean

A standard cleaning will include floor cleaning, sanitizing, and wiping of surfaces (desks, countertops, tables), emptying of trash, sanitizing, and disinfecting of restrooms, restocking of paper goods, and other broad cleaning specifications.

A deep clean ensures that every inch of a workspace is meticulously cleaned. The procedure normally involves moving furniture, mats, and other stationary objects to allow access to areas that are not addressed during a standard clean. We recommend a deep cleaning every 6 months to a year to ensure the space is cleansed and free of dust, dirt and grime that may build up over time.

Many different factors affect pricing. These factors include, but not limited to:

1. 1. Frequency – How often cleaning services are required.

   2. Size – How large is the space that needs cleaning? What is the square footage?

   3. Time – How long will it take our professional cleaners to complete your customized cleaning?

   4. Condition – How soiled does the space get? How much traffic does the building encounter throughout the day?

   5. Materials – Different types of flooring, countertops, kitchen and appliances, may require special tools and cleaning agents. The costs of some materials may be slightly more than others.
